SHIPPING

Once you have purchased your items online, they will be delivered directly to your
doorstep and delivery is free. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your item
description, price and delivery timing. Please see the table below for delivery times
dependent on location.


If orders are placed before 3 pm they will be sent out the same day. Once dispatched,
customers will receive a confirmation email along with their tracking number.


For the majority of our mainland customers, Fedex &Post Office are the mainland
couriers of choice. This means that all goods are insured and will require a signature
and Fedex /Post Office will provide a 2-hour window delivery slot for delivery.


To track an order please, please contact Fedex/Post office using the contact details on
your order confirmation email which will also contain your tracking number.


Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you
receive a card to say that Fedex or Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them
immediately using the details on the calling card.


ORDER BEFORE 3PM AND ITEMS WILL BE POSTED THE SAME DAY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 4PM THE FOLLOWING DAY.
Note: Standard Delivery Is Monday To Friday. Saturday Delivery Is Only
Available In England And Wales And In Belfast Postcode Areas BT1-BT9


LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS:
If an order is lost in the post, MacV will issue a replacement once the item has been
officially deemed lost by the designated courier. Replacements will then be sent out the next day and MacV will take up tracking lost items with the courier.

 

If an order is damaged, please send a picture to help@macv.uk along with your contact details and order number and we shall issue a replacement immediately
If an order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information, we
cannot be held accountable and we may have to charge a re-delivery fee. To ensure this does not happen, please ensure you have given us the correct postal information and collect your items in a timely manner.

 

Once an order has been despatched customers are provided with proof of postage and a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please
contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. As all
deliveries are made via third parties they are subject to the courier’s terms and
conditions.
